Terms of Use
Effective date: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to commission.health and its newsletter, published
by Commission Travel Media LLC (“The Commission,” “we”). By using the
site, you agree to them.
Who the site is for
The Commission is a trade publication for licensed insurance agents
and brokers. It is not written for Medicare beneficiaries and is not
consumer advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S.
government, the federal Medicare program, CMS or any insurance
carrier.
What we do and do not do
We publish news and analysis about compensation, carrier and market
changes. We do not recommend or sell Medicare plans, generate or sell
beneficiary leads, collect beneficiary information, take part in
enrollment, or accept compensation tied to enrollments, sales or
leads.
No advice or recommendations
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, compliance or financial advice, or
a recommendation of any plan. Agents remain responsible for recommending
coverage that suits each beneficiary, regardless of compensation, and
for following CMS, state and carrier rules. Always confirm compensation
terms with your carrier contract and upline.
Accuracy
We label every tracker record Confirmed, Verified or Reported and
show the date we last checked it. Carrier schedules and CMS rules
change, sometimes mid-season, and we cannot guarantee that any figure is
complete or current. See How we verify and
our corrections
log.
Carrier right to respond
Carriers, FMOs and other organizations we report on may ask us to
correct an item or add their response by emailing
marie@commission.health. We review every request, update the item and
its evidence label when the facts support it, and note material
corrections in our corrections log.
Submissions
When you send us information through Submit Intel, you confirm that
you have the authority to share it, that sharing it does not breach a
contract or confidentiality obligation, and that it contains no
beneficiary-identifying or health information. You give us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, verify, quote, summarize
and report on it, subject to any confidentiality request. We use carrier
grids, portal notices and similar materials mainly to verify facts and
report the resulting information independently. We do not republish
entire grids or confidential notices, and we quote only limited portions
where legally supportable.
Prohibited uses
You may not:
- copy, republish or redistribute full articles, tracker data or the
Carrier Compensation Watch in bulk; - use automated tools to collect our content or data, or to train AI
models on it, without written permission; - use our content to market to Medicare beneficiaries or suggest our
endorsement; - submit false, misleading or unlawfully obtained material; or
- interfere with the site’s security or operation.
You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts with
attribution.
Copyright and takedown
requests
Our content is protected by copyright. If you believe something on
the site infringes your copyright, email marie@commission.health with
the material, its location on our site, your contact details and a
statement of your good-faith belief. We will review it and remove
material where appropriate.
Third-party links
We link to carrier, government and news sources. We are not
responsible for their content or availability.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and newsletter are provided “as is” and “as available,”
without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties
of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Commission and its owners,
editors and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits,
commissions or business, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the
site or newsletter. Our total liability for any claim is limited to
$100.
