▲ St. Luke's Health Plan: St. Luke’s Health Plan launches Medicare Advantage in seven Idaho counties for 2027
St. Luke's Health Plan is launching St. Luke's Advantage Rx (HMO), its first Medicare Advantage plans with drug coverage, for 2027 in seven Idaho counties. Rx 01 covers Ada, Canyon and Elmore counties for $77 a month, Rx 02 covers Blaine and Valley for $142, and Rx 03 covers Jerome and Twin Falls for $107. St. Luke's sells through local independent brokers. Its broker page says appointed brokers must live in Idaho, hold an Idaho license and complete required training. The launch comes as Saint Alphonsus Health Plan leaves Medicare Advantage and UnitedHealthcare and Humana shrink in Idaho.

Offer it to displaced Saint Alphonsus clients who want to keep St. Luke's doctors. Confirm the 2027 commission schedule with St. Luke's before you enroll anyone, because it isn't public.
