One of the fastest-growing plans: SCAN added 127,000 members for 2026, about 41% growth, and serves about 460,000 members. For 2027 it adds Oregon (Clackamas and Washington counties) and launches SCAN Costco Medicare Advantage (HMO) in 17 California and two Nevada counties. A co-branded Walmart plan in two states has also been announced but is still pending regulatory approval.
