Humana's 2027 broker commission plan adds a Member Activation Initiative paying $50 per qualifying MA enrollment effective on or after Jan. 1, 2027. The agent must complete a recorded call within 10 business days covering contact preferences, an optional health assessment and Humana's wellness, Cologuard and CenterWell Pharmacy offers. A $25 partial payment applies if only the health assessment is completed. The renewal on specified 2026 Humana like-plan changes rises from $165 to $363 a year starting in January 2027. The optional post-enrollment health assessment fee for special needs plan members falls to $25 from $35. Agents tied to third-party marketing call centers are excluded.

Book the recorded activation call within 10 business days of each enrollment, and keep the recordings.
