Molina is leaving individual Medicare Advantage and keeping only dual-eligible special needs plans after failing to find a buyer. It had nearly 72,000 individual MA enrollees in California, Connecticut and Illinois, and is pulling all Medicare plans from Connecticut, Nevada and Mississippi.
