▼ Humana: Discontinuing plans covering about 600,000 members

Humana is discontinuing plans rated 3.5 stars or lower, about 8% of its 7.2 million MA members. Notices are dated Oct. 2 and coverage ends Dec. 31. Humana expects to keep about 40% of affected members, which could leave about 360,000 needing other coverage.
